Do I really not need an account?

Correct. One-off returns are designed for people who just need a single device sent back and don't want to set up a company profile. Enter the postcode and pay per kit - nothing else to configure.

How do I send the device back?

We post a prepaid, tracked kit to the address you provide. Once the device is packed, it's taken to a drop-off point. Laptop and Phone Return Kits go to a Royal Mail drop-off point, or the employee can use the QR code in the kit to book a Royal Mail collection from home for 30p. Monitor Return Kits use DPD and must be taken to a suitable DPD drop-off point - please follow the return instructions provided with the kit. Home collection isn't available for Monitor Return Kits.
