ReturnKits is a UK-based IT hardware recovery service. It sends a prepaid, pre-packaged return kit directly to an employee's address so they can safely pack up a company laptop or phone and send it back — fully tracked, from dispatch to signed delivery. There is no subscription; businesses pay per kit.
It works in three steps: order a kit online for the employee who has the device, ReturnKits dispatches a padded, prepaid return kit to their address within 1 business day, and the employee packs the device and hands it to the courier using the label already included. The device is tracked all the way to your IT team, with a signature required on delivery.
Laptop kits start at £65, phone kits at £40, and monitor kits at £85, each covering packaging, a prepaid tracked return label, and delivery confirmation. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions — businesses pay per kit ordered.
Kits are dispatched within 1 business day. Paid orders placed before 3pm (UK time), Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays. Tracking details are sent to you by email once it's on its way.
Laptop and Phone Return Kits come back via Royal Mail, using the prepaid tracked label in the kit — the employee takes it to a Royal Mail drop-off point or books a Royal Mail collection from home for 30p. Monitor Return Kits come back via DPD, dropped off at a DPD drop-off point. Returns are signed for on delivery back to you, and tracking details are sent to you by email.
