It depends on the kit. Laptop and Phone Return Kits include a prepaid Royal Mail return label: take the packed kit to a Royal Mail drop-off point, or use the QR code in the kit to book a Royal Mail collection from home for 30p. Monitor Return Kits include a prepaid DPD return label: take the packed kit to a DPD drop-off point (home collection isn't available for monitors). No printer is needed — the label is included in the kit.
You can specify any destination address at the point of ordering — we route the return label directly to the hub, leasing partner, or ITAD provider you choose. There is no default single-address lock. If you need to update a destination after the label is generated, contact our support team and we will arrange a re-route where possible.
Laptop kits include a custom-fit box with protective air padding and a dedicated charger brick compartment. Smartphone kits include a reinforced padded sleeve and a bubble-secure glass screen enclosure. All kits include a tamper-evident security seal.
Once the employee drops off the kit, a tracking ID is generated automatically. Your IT team receives a notification with a live tracking link, viewable from the email or your ReturnKits dashboard.
All kits include reinforced protective packaging designed to prevent transit damage. If a device does arrive damaged, contact our support team immediately with photos and your order ID — our team will liaise with the courier directly on your behalf to process any claim.
