These terms govern your use of the website and services of BeeSeen Labs Ltd (company number 16455267), trading as ReturnKits ("ReturnKits", "we", "us"), including account registration, ordering return kits, and any wipe/redeploy services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
ReturnKits provides return kits and logistics for recovering IT hardware (laptops, phones, tablets) from departing or remote employees, contractors, or other device holders on behalf of our business customers, along with optional shipping insurance, and — where purchased — certified data wiping and device redeployment.
To use the company portal you must register an account with accurate information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you invite or add team members to your company account, you're responsible for their compliance with these terms. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of order via our payment processor, Stripe. We do not currently offer subscriptions — each kit is a one-off purchase. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed. Optional shipping insurance covers loss or damage in transit up to the selected coverage amount.
Each kit includes packaging, a prepaid return label, and tracking. Delivery and collection timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the device passes back to you (the customer) only once it is received and confirmed at the specified return destination. If a device is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was purchased, our liability is limited to the coverage amount selected; without insurance, our liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the price paid for the kit.
You're responsible for confirming device condition with the device holder before booking a kit, and for providing accurate recipient and return addresses. ReturnKits is not responsible for pre-existing damage, data loss on the device prior to collection, or delays caused by incorrect address information you provide.
Where purchased, data wiping is carried out to the NIST 800-88 standard and evidenced with a wipe certificate and chain-of-custody record. While we take commercially reasonable care, we do not guarantee that wiped devices are commercially resaleable at any particular value, and redeployment/refurbishment outcomes depend on device condition on arrival.
You agree not to use ReturnKits to ship prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items, to misuse the platform to submit fraudulent orders, or to attempt to circumvent our security controls (including rate limits and bot protection).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReturnKits's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last modified" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
