ReturnKits helps UK businesses recover company laptops, phones and monitors from remote employees and leavers. We send protective return packaging and prepaid return instructions directly to the employee.

Choose the ReturnKit for the device you need to recover. Each one is posted to your employee with a prepaid return label, and tracking details are sent to you by email — pay per kit, no account, no subscription.

Every kit includes delivery to your employee, protective packaging, a prepaid return label and cover up to £500. Laptop and Phone Return Kits are returned via Royal Mail. Monitor Return Kits are returned via DPD.

How one-off ordering works.

Order online

Choose how many kits and your cover, add the employee's address and where the device should come back to, then pay securely by card. No account needed.

We send the kit

The kit is dispatched within 1 business day to your employee's door. Tracking information is sent to you by email.

They pack it and take it to a drop-off point

Your employee packs the device and takes the kit to a drop-off point: Royal Mail for Laptop and Phone Return Kits, DPD for Monitor Return Kits.

It comes back to you

The device is returned to the address you gave us. Return tracking details are sent to you by email.

One-off order questions

Do I need an account to order?

No. One-off orders don't need an account — choose your kit, add the details and pay by card. If you'll be ordering regularly, a free account lets you save addresses and track every kit from one dashboard.

How does the employee send it back?

Every ReturnKit is taken to a drop-off point: Laptop and Phone Return Kits go to a Royal Mail drop-off point, and Monitor Return Kits use DPD and go to a suitable DPD drop-off point. Laptop and Phone Return Kits also include a QR code to book a Royal Mail collection from home for 30p. Home collection isn't available for Monitor Return Kits.

How quickly is the kit sent out?

Kits are dispatched within 1 business day of your order.

Can I order more than one kit?

Yes. You can order up to 10 kits in one order, each sent to a different address.

What if the device is lost or damaged in transit?

Cover up to £500 is included with every order. You can increase it at checkout to cover up to £1,000 (+£10) or up to £2,000 (+£20).
