Every kit is dispatched within 1 business day and usually arrives within 1 to 2 days, with the prepaid return label already attached. You receive tracking for each kit.
Each person packs their equipment and drops the kit at a courier drop-off point within 14 days. We send reminders and reissue labels where needed.
Each box is tracked to your chosen address and labelled with its kit reference, so you know exactly whose equipment is inside.

Each employee held a different mix of equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, keyboards, mice, headsets, laptop stands and USB hubs. We assigned each person the right kit (3 laptop kits, 2 accessories kits and 10 mixed-equipment kits) and labelled each one with a unique kit reference, with a matching packing slip inside, so the office could identify every box on arrival.

No. Our kits are for IT equipment and accessories that can be posted. We can't collect furniture such as chairs or desks.
No. The kit arrives with the return label already on the mailing bag. Your employee packs their equipment, seals the box and drops it off with the courier.
Up to 14 days from when the kit arrives. If the deadline passes, we issue a replacement label and can post it to the employee if they can't print it.
Give each person a kit reference, such as their initials. We put it on the return label and on a packing slip inside the box, so your team can match every box to the right person.
Yes. All the kits can come back to one address, or each kit can go to a different one.
