This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for one-off ReturnKit orders placed on returnkits.com. ReturnKits is a trading name of BeeSeen Labs Ltd.
At a glance (UK orders):
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have.
You can cancel a one-off ReturnKit order for a full refund at any time before the kit has been dispatched. “Dispatched” means the kit has been handed to the courier for delivery to the address you gave us.
Kits are usually dispatched within 1 business day of your order, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
A full refund for an order cancelled before dispatch covers the kit price and any optional transit cover you selected. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If you no longer need an unused ReturnKit after it has been dispatched, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange the return and provide the correct return label.
To return a kit:
ReturnKits are sold new. We don’t offer exchanges — if you need a different kit, you can return the unused kit under this policy and place a new order.
Please don’t send a kit back before you’ve contacted us and received the return label from us.
ReturnKits provides the return label. For standard returns of unused kits, a return label charge of £4.99 per returned kit is deducted from your refund. The charge applies to each kit returned, so returning two kits means £9.98 is deducted. There is no restocking fee.
For example, if you return an unused Laptop Return Kit (£65), your refund will be £60.01. Any transit cover you bought is not refunded once the kit has been dispatched (see “Non-refundable charges”).
The prepaid label already inside the ReturnKit is for returning your employee’s device to the return address you gave us. It must not be used to send an unused ReturnKit back to us — please only use the return label we provide.
The £4.99 return label charge does not apply to kits that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect (see below).
If your ReturnKit arrives damaged, is defective, or isn’t the kit you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before using it — and include photos where you can.
These situations are handled separately from standard returns. No £4.99 return label charge applies. We’ll look into it and arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate, and we’ll tell you what to do with the original kit.
Your statutory rights in these situations are not affected.
All kits returned to us are inspected before a refund is approved. For a standard return, we check the kit is unused, complete and in a suitable condition for resale, and that the prepaid device-return label inside it hasn’t been used. For a kit reported as damaged, defective or incorrect, we check the problem you’ve told us about.
Once the inspection is complete, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome. If a kit doesn’t meet the conditions in this policy, we’ll contact you to explain why.
Where a kit has been returned, a refund is only made after the kit has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 working days of approval, and we’ll confirm by email once the refund has been processed.
Once processed, your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

We’ll reply to confirm the next steps and, for a return, send you the return label.
