Order a Monitor Return Kit online and enter the employee's address and the address the monitor should come back to. We post the kit within 1 business day, the employee packs the monitor and takes it to a suitable DPD drop-off point, and tracking details are sent to you by email.

Which courier is used for monitor returns?

DPD. Monitor Return Kits always use DPD for the return journey.

Where does the employee drop off the Monitor Return Kit?

At a suitable DPD drop-off point. They should follow the return instructions provided with the kit. The 30p Royal Mail home collection doesn't apply to Monitor Return Kits.

The Monitor Return Kit is designed for 24" monitors.

Do I need an account to order?

No. One-off orders don't need an account — choose your kit, add the details and pay by card. If you'll be ordering regularly, a free account lets you save addresses and track every kit from one dashboard.

How quickly is the kit sent out?

Kits are dispatched within 1 business day of your order.

Can I order more than one kit?

Yes. You can order up to 10 kits in one order, each sent to a different address.

What if the device is lost or damaged in transit?

Cover up to £500 is included with every order. You can increase it at checkout to cover up to £1,000 (+£10) or up to £2,000 (+£20).
