How much does the Laptop Return Kit cost?
£65 per kit. That covers delivering the kit to your employee, the protective packaging, a prepaid tracked return label and tracking. Cover up to £500 is included. There's no subscription and no account needed.
How do I get a company laptop back from a remote employee?
Order a Laptop Return Kit online and enter the employee's address and the address the laptop should come back to. We dispatch the kit the same day for paid orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Saturday. The employee packs the laptop and sends it back using the prepaid label, and tracking details are sent to you by email.
Can I send a Laptop Return Kit directly to an ex-employee?
Yes. The kit is posted to the address you give us, so it can go straight to a leaver or former employee. The return label is prepaid, and you don't need an account to order.
What size laptops does the Laptop Return Kit support?
Company laptops up to 16". The kit is designed for laptops only — it isn't suitable for desktop PCs or other computer equipment.
Do I need an account to order?
No. One-off orders don't need an account — choose your kit, add the details and pay by card. If you'll be ordering regularly, a free account lets you save addresses and track every kit from one dashboard.
How does the employee send it back?
Once the device is packed, they take the kit to a Royal Mail drop-off point. Alternatively, they can use the QR code in the kit to book a Royal Mail collection from their home for 30p.
How quickly is the kit sent out?
Paid orders completed before 3pm (UK time) on a dispatch day are dispatched the same day. Dispatch days are Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. Orders placed at or after 3pm, on a Sunday or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next dispatch day. Dispatch is when we send the empty kit to your employee; it isn't a delivery date.
Can I order more than one kit?
Yes. You can order up to 10 kits in one order, each sent to a different address.
What if the device is lost or damaged in transit?
Cover up to £500 is included with every order. You can increase it at checkout to cover up to £1,000 (+£10) or up to £2,000 (+£20).
